A Colorful Florida Wedding at La Casa Toscana

Hallie and Dalton were married at the stunning La Casa Toscana in Fort Myers in November of 2025. Their planner, Brianna of Faithful Weddings, had connected with me early on to help bring their fun and colorful design to life. I always love a chance to work with the Faithful team and their kind hearted couples, so I was especially drawn to this fresh take on the space at LCT. It is not often that I get to play with bold colors and fun palettes with this particular venue, so I jumped at the chance to be a part of this team.

I had the pleasure of working with Hallie and Dalton from their save the dates all the way through their wedding day paper. It was a dream to be on the full journey with them! Some highlights of the design included wavy shapes, dusty blues, and accents of coral and pink for balance. For their invitation suite, we pulled in handmade paper for the main invitation card. An illustration of the venue and spot calligraphy added a romantic touch to the design. One element that I loved was their envelope liner. I sourced this floral artwork from vintage tableware! I was able to pull the floral elements and modify the arrangement to create the perfect shape for their liner. Since I am not a painter myself, this was the perfect way to tie in all of their colors and serve as a nod to the colorful florals to come.

The reception space was transformed with the continuation of their colorful palette. Citrus fruits and bold blooms were such a fun and unique take on the classic space at La Casa Toscana. These photos of the reveal between Brianna and Hallie were some of my very favorite. There is nothing like seeing months of planning and decision making finally come together - all surrounded by the love and excitement of the big day!

We kept the day-of items to a few impactful items. We carried over the wavy shape into their dusty blue table numbers, which we placed into light wooden stands. A personal favorite item was their bar sign. Beginning with a wavy oval shape, we incorporated stripes and drink illustrations in corresponding citrus tones. As University of Florida alumni, Hallie and Dalton paid a little tribute to game day by having a themed custom cocktail in Gator orange.

For the remainder of the night, Hallie changed into a stunning mini while they danced the night away. Together they poured a champagne tower and guests enjoyed some late-night pizzas as a little extra fuel. The night ended in a perfect sparkler exit as a final moment of celebration.
